Vauxhall
XVR
The
Vauxhall XVR concept car was designed by David Jones, the head of
Vauxhall design in the 1960s, and first shown at the 1966 Geneva
Salon. The car featuring gullwing doors, pop-up headlights and all-independent
suspension, the XVR's unique dash treatment was used to test reaction
to ideas he had for the later Firenza.
The
Vauxhall XVR was displayed at the 2009 Goodwood Festival of Speed
